Mini pastry savouries
Ingredients- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp milk
- Pinch salt
- Corn, peas.
- Puff pastry (flaky pastry) sheets. 1/2 sheet pre rolled pastry.
Method
- Using pastry cutters, cut pastry to fit patty pans. Chill in fridge.
- Mix egg, salt, milk.
- Whisk together with a fork.
- Transfer egg product ro a measuring cup.
- Place some thawed peas and corn in each pastry case.
- Carefully pour egg mixture into each case. Don't spill any!!!
- Bake at 200°C for 8-10 minutes.
- Cool and Eat.
These pastry savouries were quite easy to make and i definitely would make i again!
They were really good and the texture was alright.
If I was to change anything I would put more tomatoes.
